one-gallery has one return policy:  If you are not completely satisfied, return the item for a full refund.  Please fill out the form below, print and return it to us with the item.  If you ordered the item with your credit card, we will refund the money to the card.  If you paid with a check, we will arrange one of the following:  reimbursement, store credit, or replacement of the returned item.  Please make your preference for the return of funds below.  Be sure to include your current E-mail address and phone number.  We apologize for any inconvenience this unfortunate incident has caused you, and we welcome your comments for improvement.  Please "SUBMIT" the form if you have comments so we may address them immediately, then print and mail the form with your item.
